Program rules

Clear rules help protect creators, visitors and the platform.

⚠ By signing up, you agree to these rules. Breaking them can result in account restrictions or termination.
  1. Adult content isn't allowed. Pornography or illegal sexual content is prohibited.
  2. Malicious files aren't allowed. Do not distribute malware, credential stealers or harmful software.
  3. Copyright infringement isn't allowed. Upload only content you have rights or permission to share.
  4. Files must meet the minimum size and eligibility requirements configured by KaroPays.
  5. Duplicate or artificially generated downloads may not count as eligible activity.
  6. Downloads are counted only when they meet the platform's validation requirements.
  7. Traffic generated through deceptive advertising or misleading redirects is not eligible.
  8. Automated hits, bots or manipulated traffic are prohibited.
  9. Accounts may be reviewed when traffic patterns appear suspicious.
  10. Creators must provide truthful payout and account information.
  1. Earnings on deliberately removed or invalid files may not be paid.
  2. Hotlinking or bypassing the platform's intended download flow may be restricted.
  3. Spam, scams and misleading promotion are prohibited.
  4. Referral rewards, if introduced, are subject to separate anti-fraud rules.
  5. KaroPays may verify traffic sources before processing a payout.
  6. Repeated policy violations can result in account suspension.
  7. Files with no meaningful activity may be subject to future retention rules.
  8. All creators must follow the Terms, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.
  9. Illegal child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and must never be uploaded.
  10. KaroPays may change program rules, rates or payment dates with reasonable notice.
